By combining your favorite gate, the right opener, and optional access control accessories, we can create and secure your gated entrance in one complete package. Just pick a package from the list below. If you need masonry services including rock, brick, or stucco, we can include the design and construction in your entrance package. Please call or E-mail. Choose one of the gate styles shown below. Centerpiece artwork or lettering is included in the price. Custom artwork may require an additional charge depending on the design time involved. Additional lettering as shown in our double arch top gate will be $25.00 per letter. For ready made artwork and lettering, see our gate art page. Our installations include heavy wall steel posts, hinges, and all necessary components. The gate, posts, and all parts receive a baked on powder coated finish. This finish is very durable and will provide years of maintenance free service.

Gate Opener-

GTO PRO SW-4000 gate operator with 5 watt solar panel, two 12 volt 7 amp hour batteries, and two remote transmitters. Includes a two year manufacturer's warranty and our warranty.

Gate and opener package price- $3,600.00 installed.

Double gates up to 20' total length and double opener- $5,700.00 installed.

Ranch Style Gate Package

Ranch style metal gate with black urethane paint finish. GTO Pro SW-3000 solar gate opener with 5 watt solar panel, two 12 volt 7 amp hour batteries, and two remote transmitters. Includes a two year manufacturer's warranty and our warranty.

Pre-fab Ranch Gate Package

Prefabricated ranch gate and our FM- 500 solar gate opener with 5 watt solar panel, two 12 volt 7 amp hour batteries, and two remote transmitters. Includes a one year manufacturer's warranty and our warranty.

Package Price- $1,695.00 installed.

Optional Access Control Accessories-

Access control accessories enhance the benefit and security of your gated entrance. For basic operation, your gate can be opened and closed with the two remote transmitters that are included in your gate and opener package. Additional transmitters are available for $30.00 each. Should you require more advanced security and access features, we have listed three access control combinations that have proven to be the most popular and convenient for residential use.

#1  This combination is the simplest by allowing visitors to enter and exit when provided with an access code. One keypad gets visitors in and one keypad gets visitors out. Codes can be easily added or deleted anytime by the homeowner. No wiring or trenching is necessary for this option.

Wireless code entry keypad for visitor entry. This keypad features a programmable master code, 15 code capacity, and lighted keys at night. Includes pedestal for access from a vehicle.

Wireless code entry keypad for visitor exit. Includes pedestal for access from a vehicle.

Package Price- $350.00 installed.

Hardwired code entry keypad. This keypad features a 100 code capacity, programmable master code, and a programmable latch code. Powered directly from the gate operator. Includes pedestal, trenching, wiring, and installation in electrical conduit.

Exit sensor. This accessory is a sensor buried underground that detects an exiting vehicle triggering the gate to open. Includes trenching and installation in electrical conduit.

Package price- $900.00 installed.

Note: When hardwired accessories such as an exit sensor are used with solar gate operators, the solar panel must be upgraded from 5 watt to 10 watt. There will be a $75.00 charge for this upgrade.

Telephone entry system. A telephone entry system is ideal for customers who want the best in security, function, and convenience. Speak directly to visitors at your gate via any phone in your home. Also includes a 75 entry code capacity. This unit can be installed on an existing phone line and can be accessed and programmed by any touch tone phone or computer with modem. Complete features and capabilities of this unit are listed on our telephone entry page. 110v power and telephone service must be present at the gate. Includes powder coated pedestal for access from a vehicle.
